After more than 20 years in the beauty industry, I have built Becky Laroc Beauty & Aesthetics around the belief that every client deserves to feel listened to, cared for and empowered. Whether it’s improving skin health, restoring confidence or simply creating a moment of self-care, my goal is always to achieve beautifully natural results that help you feel like the best version of yourself.

Since founding Becky Laroc Beauty & Aesthetics in 2018, Becky has built a respected boutique aesthetics clinic recognised for delivering exceptional client care, advanced treatments and outstanding results.
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Becky is a Level 7 qualified Clinical Aesthetic Practitioner and is continuously studying demonstrating an ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based practice.
In 2023, Becky was honoured with a British Beauty Award, recognising her dedication to raising standards within the beauty and aesthetics industry. She continues to strive for excellence, regularly entering prestigious industry awards that celebrate innovation, professionalism and exceptional client outcomes. Winning additional awards in 2023, 2024 and 2025 for Skin Specialist of the year and Aesthetics Salon of the year in London and the South East.
Becky has invested extensively in advanced education, completing specialist training in areas including laser technologies, skin rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics, injectables, body contouring and permanent makeup. She continually updates her knowledge through accredited CPD training, ensuring clients benefit from the latest techniques, technologies and best practices.
Alongside her clinic, Becky is the founder and lead educator of Glow Academy London, where she mentors aspiring and established beauty professionals through accredited training programmes. As an experienced educator with more than 10 years of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping others develop confidence, practical skills and successful careers within the beauty industry.
Her clinic has earned a reputation for combining luxury client experiences with medical-grade treatments, using industry-leading technology and premium skincare brands to deliver safe, personalised and results-driven care.
