Hang created the clinic with a vision of providing advanced treatments within a welcoming and professional environment. Its approach is centred on personalised consultations, honest recommendations, responsible treatment planning and natural-looking results rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Hang’s entrepreneurial journey began far from the beauty industry. Born and raised in a farming village in Vietnam, she overcame significant personal and financial challenges before moving to the United Kingdom. She built a successful career across insurance, banking, financial services, sales and business development before retraining and establishing Transform Beauty.

Her combination of commercial experience, professional beauty knowledge and personal understanding has helped shape a clinic that is both results-focused and deeply client-centred.

Hang has since expanded her vision through Transform Elite, a beauty, skin and longevity membership concept designed to help people move beyond occasional treatments and take a more consistent, proactive approach to caring for their appearance, confidence and wellbeing.
